Jenna, Lets leave the BEAS, QCOM, NTAP trades to the doldrum period. Maybe we should short the heck out of them all... I wish I've known first hand this AM that Jeffries downgraded BEAS from Buy to Accumulate this AM for sure. Someone in the trading room mentioned it right before the open but I searched long and hard for the downgrade but could not locate anything but the pump reiterations by the analysts from other houses... Bloomberg, Briefing and others conveniently left the downgrade off for some reason. Well I found it in Marketwatch of all places: (buried with no link) http://www2.marketwatch.com/news/search.asp?source=htx/http2_mw&searchoption=ticker&query=beas A little late to do anything about it now but the hype machine makes me shiver sometimes... the way news can be suppressed and only good things for the favored stocks come out...
