Was at my Kaiser Permanente gastroenterologist's today and asked him if they were prescribing Visicol for colonoscopy patients there. His first reaction was something like, "Wouldn't that be great if you could just take a pill!" When he realized that I was talking about something already existing out there, her said that Kaiser was usually behind the curve with implementing new things like Visicol.

So, is the glass half empty or half full (very full if you're taking Visicol ;-) ) ? Bad news if Kaiser g.i. docs aren't even aware of the product, or good news since there are so many docs out there that can be converted. That's assuming that they CAN be converted.
