Eric,
The R/S scaling factor is a power of 10 that the program selects automatically and cannot be user modified at this time.
EZ-PnF, v2.30R, adjusts the factor (.0001, .001, .01, .1, 1, 10, 100, 1000) to try to keep the resultant chart values greater than 20 so there is a much smaller chance that the R/S chart crosses many of the non-linearity points of 'traditional' scaling.
As for the future, it's on the list.
