DWA updates their relative strength charts every Tuesday. Your charts (and most others for the matter) take the daily data and go from there. I've been experimenting a bit with excel and rs hand charts. And, when you can add a short term moving average to the data and then place it on the charts it does seem to eliminate a number of whips.
