For many years here on SI and also over on i-Hub I discussed my i-Wave Market Risk Indicator. An investment management firm in Springfield, MO (Walnut Capital Management) has purchased the rights to that history and all future data. However, the AIM-Users have done a very nice job of creating a very workable substitute. I've restructured the Value Line thread here on SI to describe it and track it over time. While it is meant to directly apply to AIM's cash reserve requirements for starting and also maintaining one's AIM engine, it can also be used as a very effective overall market barometer.
