However, it sure won't resemble the Dell of old. I can't help but remember Kimble's words, "Someday, Dell will own it all." So much for that. With respect to Customer Service, my advice to all when it comes to buying an extended warranty is to save your money. You'll essentially get no help when you need it the most. It's a waste of money.
