I think the only reason that AMD is trading at a reduced market multiple
is because of the image penalty for not having a Pentium class chip.

If the Superscalar architecture of the K5 is effective in running the
32 bit Windows compatible software as well as Pentium, they should
sell the hell out of them considering the problems Intel is having with
the P6 on current software.

Seems like the last I heard was first quarter 96 for production silicon.
