No. If you read the companies 10K you will see a more thorough description of the technology. It is interesting however that BP would embrace this. Obviously the current problems of Carbon Dioxide build up are being addressed. The technology of IFT deals with negative ions and their affect on the fuel. ATG's technology deals with a particle that is highly charged Bi-Polar (positive and negative) and is more fundamental in nature. Keep in mind that this planet has as its basis water ! Your body should be carrying a water content of as much as 60 to 70 per cent. Therefore any Science that addresses the structure of a liquid, isolates a component, then concentrates that, after verifying and affect is fundamental. Being fundamental it indicates that other applications come from it. It is not a derivative. So ATG has discovered and is developing products resulting from a core Science. Applications are only now being discovered. This company I believe will one day be recognized as the company that created new Science and Physics. Way to go.
