For fairly good reasons, my belief has been (and posted) that VLSI is "worth" something between $25 and $30 per share. It is based on Value Line estimates of future earnings ($2.00 per share in the 3 to 5 year future), discounted on a "present value" basis. It just happens that a figure of $28/share conveniently fits into my value assessment. Having been around the SI for a while, I recognize the superiority of fact and solid analysis over "various other approaches". And I fully support Linda's intent, and yours, in that regard. Hoping that we are on the same track I'm looking forward to many useful discussions in the future. Good luck! dlo
