There is widespread speculation as to the whereabouts of former dictator Milasovic. The speculation is over; He was signed by N.Y. Yankee owner George Steinbrenner to beef up the tired pitching staff...which has lost two playoff games. Mila is a southpaw with a sharp side-arm curve. In a closed workout yesterday his fastball was clocked by the rader gun at 97 mph. Watch for him in game 3. (Lee)

Jenna: Picked up some ARBA after hours. It was running near the close and I missed it, so I put in a 116 3/8 limit and got it. Last after-hours trade was 118. (Lee)

BWEB comes out in support of its stock this morning. BWEB has been pounded into the ground. Do not confuse with MRBA who warned yesterday, they do not do the same thing. The CEO said that he would grow the company earnings by 85% this year and he was correct. (Nasdaq: BWEB), a leading provider of push for e-business, today announced that the company currently expects reported revenue for the third quarter ended September 30, 2000 to be in the range of $11.5 to $12 million, an increase from $6.2 million in revenues, or more than 85%, reported for the third quarter of 1999

Not sure if this was pre-mkt shorts covering but I am long VECO, and surprised as anyone of this strength here, waiting for top to sell and anticipate short soon....
