"This is a board for all of us to learn how to use our Personal Computers. I have learned a lot of what I know by simply asking others on SI how to do things. Such as how to copy and paste, how to research things and so on. If you have a question on how to operate simply post your question and we will try to answer your questions." - Lamar (Junkyardawg), Thread Originator, Aug 4, 1998 9:31 PM

1. what operating system are you running? ( win2000? winxp? Vista? 7?)
2. what browser do you use?
3. briefly describe the problem.
4. how long has it been happening?
5. what are you doing when the problem occurs?
6. any error messages accompanying the problem? (copying the exact message is great!)
7. what have you tried so far to remedy the problem?

We now have a sister thread with an easier to search listing of some of the best posts from the CL thread. If you visit this thread, make sure you bookmark the "best of CL" thread also. It can be found here #subject-53878
